My Spirit 28 sloop can be YOUR sailboat, this summer. Your choice of days Monday to Friday for the full season incl overnights...fully equipped. Includes cradle, slip in Thornbury, launch, roller furler, enclosed head, storage, haul, great sails and spinnaker, dingy plus plus....
Season: June 1 through September 15.
Specs: beam is 10ft, shoal draft at 4'-9", and cabin height is 6'2+"......

This is full summer use and is not a day by day program: the boat is yours to use From June 1 through September 30. If you wish, you can have an equity position in this beautiful sailboat that also will generate income in 2017
How does it work?
I have a simple "Shared Use" contract and providing that an individual has the experience, skill or the willingness to take any lessons to upgrade their skills, they are free to sail on your own. I designed the program in 2015 and it WORKS! We have two weekend users on board for 2016.
Cost?
There is a very reasonable seasonal fee to use the boat and a shared expense contribution that covers a portion of slip fees, fuel use***, electricity on the dock, insurance, splash/ haul/storage. Co-ownership brings ongoing income from 2017 onwards...and mid-week sailing THIS summer.
WiFi and hot showers are available at Thornbury Harbour Marina and pubs, an LCBO and grocery stores are within a 5 minute walk from the marina.
Pictures are of my SPIRIT 28 and were taken in 2015 except #2: Summer mooring is in Thornbury, 15 minutes from Collingwood. Relocation to Toronto for 2017 is possible with a shared ownership: please ask......
